Consular Office Hours
The Consular Office is open to the public between 9.30am and 11.30am, Monday to Friday. We do not operate an appointment system. The Consular Office is located on the Aldwych side of Australia House, through the Australian Passport Office entrance.
In case of an after hours emergency the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade Consular Emergency Centre in Canberra can be contacted on 0500 890 165 (UK free-phone) 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Please note that the Consular Office is not open on Australian or British public holidays.
