Clients residing in the United Kingdom and Ireland can apply for the following temporary visas at the Australian High Commission in London.

• Exchange (subclass 411)
• Government Agreement (Subclass 406)
• Foreign Government Agency (subclass 415)
• Visiting Academic (subclass 419)
• Sport (subclass 421) 
• Domestic Worker (subclass 426 or subclass 427)
• Religious Worker (subclass 428)

Temporary Residence Visa application checklist

All clients (except 406 and 426 applicants) must be sponsored by the Australian employer. The employer must lodge the sponsorship application before you can apply for the visa. See: www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/1377.pdf

Any visa application received on Form 147 before sponsorship has been lodged will be deemed invalid and returned.

Valid passport for each person included in the application, with at least one free visa page.

UK clients should provide a pre-paid, self addressed special delivery envelope, size C5 large enough for the return of your documents. The London office will make alternative arrangements for the return of documents for clients in Ireland.
