Applying online
• ETA (visiting or business) - 3 month stay for certain passport holders including UK, Ireland. ETAs can be applied for online and through travel agents and airlines. Note: all passport holders eligible to apply for eVisitor (see below) cannot apply for an ETA online, they can only apply through travel agents or airlines. If they want to apply online they should apply for an eVisitor visa.
• eVisitor visa – 3 month stay for tourism or business purposes for passport holders from the EU and other European eligible countries.
• Tourist e676 visa – 3 to 12 months stay for certain passport holders including UK, Ireland, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia.
• Working Holiday Maker – 12 month work and travel for young persons under 31 who hold certain passports including UK and Ireland.
• Student visa - certain passport holders including UK and Ireland enrolled in an eligible course.
