The Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) operate Contact Centre in London staffed by Immigration Officers. If you have researched this website and the main DIAC website but still have an enquiry, callers in the UK can ring our information service on 09065 508 900 for both recorded information and the option of speaking to a live operator between 9am and 4pm London time on weekdays except for High Commission and Public Holidays. The cost of this service is £1 per minute from BT telephone lines (other provider charges may vary). Calls may be recorded for training purposes.

You can send your enquiry to the London Contact Centre by completing our enquiry form and we will endeavour to answer your enquiry within two working days (note that these time frames may vary depending on work loads). Once you submit your form your will receive automated acknowledgement providing you with a unique tracking number. Should you wish to send further enquiries please quote your tracking number so we may refer to your previous correspondence.
