Our office will confirm that your application has been lodged within 5 working days of it arriving at our office. Currently the average processing time for a Partner Migration visa is 5-6 months.

A certified copy of the passport biodata page for each person included in the application and the sponsor. See: Certification of Documents Note: Visa applicants may also be requested to provide their actual passport during the processing of their application. |

Certified copies of birth certificates for each person included in the application. |

Certified copies of any other official documents relevant to your application (e.g. marriage certificate, Decree Nisi, deed of name change, death certificate, child custody order, adoption papers etc). |

Evidence of your relationship (refer to the Partner Migration Booklet 1, Part 7). You do not need to certify copies of these documents. Note In regard to evidence of your relationship do not: - Send bulky items, such as photo albums, DVDs or videos. - Send electronic greeting cards. - Arrange your relationship information in folders or plastic sleeves. Such folders and sleeves cannot be attached to your file, and they will be discarded by us. Please place your documentation loosely in the envelope with your application forms. |

UK clients should provide a pre-paid, self addressed special delivery envelope, size C5 large enough for the return of your documents. The London office will make alternative arrangements for the return of documents for clients in Ireland. |
