The following links provide application procedures for applications that can be lodged at the London office. Clients who are required to lodge their application at another office should refer to main Immigration website above.

Visa Type Description

Visitor Visa

For clients planning to visit Australia for holiday, sightseeing, social or recreational reasons, to visit relatives, friends or for other short-term non-work purposes.

You must not work whilst in Australia. Limited volunteer work may be acceptable.You must not engage in any studies or training for more than three months. 

Business Visit Visa

For clients planning to visit Australia for business purposes, for example, to attend a conference or training session, to conduct business with an Australia-based organisation, to conduct business negotiations or for an exploratory business visit.

Business activities do not include acting, musical performances or commercial film making.

Transit Visa

For clients passing through Australia in transit to another country.

Working Holiday Maker Visas

For young people planning to travel around Australia for up to 12 months, incidental work permitted.

Student Visas

 For clients planning to study in Australia.

Temporary Work Visas

Clients planning to work in Australia on a temporary basis.

Resident Return Visas

Clients who hold a permanent visa and who need a return visa to travel back to Australia.

Partner Migration

Partner migration for clients with an  Australia citizen or permanent resident partner. 

Child Migration

Children migrating to Australia with their Australian permanent resident parent(s). This category also includes Adoption and Orphan Relative.

Other Family Migration

This category includes, Aged Dependant Relative, Remaining Relative and Carer.
